IT@Home is a FREE service for residents of the Selly Oak Constituency thanks to funding from the Selly Oak Neighbourhood Network Scheme.

IT@Home is specifically for those who are over 50 years old and have difficulty leaving the home. The service offers an opportunity to regain a degree of independence through the use of IT. Learning valuable digital skills can help people reconnect and be included through the digital environment; from offering new social interactions to maintaining hobbies and interests online, and from benefiting from financial savings to managing utility, banking and shopping tasks.

The service is delivered over 12 visits by trained, DBS checked volunteers. As each session is delivered on a 1:1 basis, it means that the training is tailored to each individual’s needs and learning style. Our volunteer will talk through what you would like to learn and, if you're not sure, guide you through options and benefits the digital world can offer!

If you would like to book an appointment or find out more about the sessions first, please give us a call on 0121 663 0335 or email and we’ll get in touch.
