ReCOM is a small registered charity that helps people get online in Birmingham and Solihull. Every year, we reach hundreds of people, helping them gain skills to get online and benefit from digital inclusion. We're told by our participants that our work helps to:
- Reduce isolation
- Increase employment prospects
- Access services
- Keep in touch with friends and family and much more!

Digital inclusion has wide ranging benefits:
- The internet can reduce loneliness through re-connection with the outside world, particularly for those who have difficulty leaving the home;
- For the family struggling financially, computers can help manage budgets as well as make savings online;
- If you're looking for work, digital inclusion can give you a better chance of securing a job (since most jobs now demand a basic level of IT skills),

We pride ourselves on listening to what our communities and clients want and, as a result, have developed services to meet those needs.
Learning a new skill can be daunting. This is why our tutors and volunteers create warm and fun learning spaces, getting to know each client to tailor their training and make it engaging.
