With the introduction of the Universal Job Match system all job seekers need to get on-line to claim Job Seekers Allowance and look for job opportunities. We are supporting people to do this with a service at three libraries across Solihull offering one-to-one sessions and short courses.
We can help with:
- setting up an email account
- registering for Universal Jobmatch
- producing and uploading CVs
- improving IT skills
This is a FREE service available at Chelmsley Wood, The Core and Shirley Libraries.
