We are looking for an admin person to join our small, busy team at the office. Reporting to our Office Manager, they will be helping with course enquiries and bookings as well as getting involved with selling refurbished computers..
Working 3 mornings/week (12 hours), key requirements are
- Experience of working in a similar administrative or customer facing role.
- An organised approach and great time management skills
- Friendly and confident telephone manner, able to communicate effectively
- The ability to work well as part of a team as well as on one’s own initiative.
- Proficient computer user with good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages with an ability to quickly learn new software.
